The Chairman’s Majlis is a pioneering initiative launched by Hawkamah to create a platform for regional Chairmen and Vice Chairmen to discuss emerging trends, strategies, and solutions to challenges encountered by regional boards.

This series of exclusive roundtable discussions provides Chairmen with the opportunity to connect and discuss topics such as: fostering healthy Chairman-CEO relationships, utilising board assessments that create value, strategic leadership and effective team building, etc.

A two-hour focused discussion, the Chairman’s Majlis is a platform for debate and sharing of practical experiences.

As a key deliverable from each of the Chairman’s Forum, Hawkamah will issue a series of White Papers that summarises the issues raised from each of the forums, and lay out potential next steps for programming.
